My Isa Brown hen, Bunny, hasn't laid any eggs for me yet.
I purchased her from someone local about 3 months ago.
I was told she was a late March hatch.
Shouldn't she have laid an egg by now?
I feed her laying mash and let her rummage around loose in my rabbitry room and she gets treats of wild bird food. She's quite friendly and follows me all over the rabbit room. Even if I leave the doors open, she won't leave me. If one of our barn cats come inside now, they get flogged. I'm thankful for that as I don't want them messing around baby bunnies.

Her comb is a good colour, so I'd say she's about ready to lay. Hens do need about 14-16 hours of light per day to keep them laying though. And the days are getting short now.

She's in my rabbit room, which has lights on 24/7 right now. Not super bright, though. Had much brighter ones on in there from 7am - 1 am until about a month ago. (having electricity issues so have this light run on extension cord to the house so lights but not ideal)
