Isa browns discolored foot

One of my babies has a

discolored foot. She also has no feathers coming in under her. They don't look like they've been plucked but she's almost 10 weeks old and still has no hair under her and one foot discolored. Any idea?

Can you get a closer picture of her feet and legs? Look closely for a hair or string, or a ring around her leg that could be cutting off circulation. Is the discolored leg swollen?

No it's not swollen just colored funny. Doesn't seem to be giving her any pain.

This is the closest one I have I'll have to get a better one in the morning . I'll make sure there's nothing tangled around her.
