Was wondering, someone has these for sale on Craigs List & is asking $10 for each 18 month old hens. Is that a good age & price? How long do these girls lay for? Or should I be looking for younger ones?

Decent price for those, and they are some of the best layers around. If you want to have eggs, those are the right birds!

i sell hens that old for $15 ,, so your getting a good deal,, sorry on how long they'll lay,, my oldest is 2 years old, and still laying, and i expect to get a few more years out of her before she slows down. but NOT sure on just how long they will. sorry

Typically good birds will lay well for 4 or 5 years.
