I had to heimlich my FIL when he choked on steak. it's something every person needs to know how to do. It will save a life some day.

Three people tried on me before someone got it to move a little. I was able to draw in air slowly and cough it out. Even that took several attempts. Luckily it happen on DW's ICU.
