Sorry, I can’t help you. I just wanted to know what kind of rooster is in your picture? He’s gorgeous!Americauna, Easter Egger, Auracana, or any blue or green egg laying pullets wanted. 2-3 please.
We rescued him from a family looking to get rid of him. He was supposed to be bobcat bait! Ugh. Any way - they said he’s Americauna but I suspect he’s not pure bred. He really is beautiful though. His name is Dwayne. He’s a love. Let’s us hold him. Will fall asleep in my arms.Sorry, I can’t help you. I just wanted to know what kind of rooster is in your picture? He’s gorgeous!
Thank you!! Isn’t he just gorgeous?! I just love him. We rescued him from a family looking to get rid of him. He was supposed to be bobcat bait and they stopped it from happening but couldn’t keep him. Poor thing. Any way - they said he’s Americauna but I suspect he’s not pure bred. I’m finding that roosters are getting a bad rap. There are so many sweet natured roosters, and they like being held and loved by their hoomans, as mine call me. Send me a picture of Dwayne, and I’ll ask my chicken friends what they think he might be. It would be nice for you to have some of his babies. And I’m really glad he didn’t become bait. That’s awful!Thank you!! Isn’t he just gorgeous?! I just love him. We rescued him from a family looking to get rid of him. Hi there! My sister says he’s Eye Candy! He’s gorgeous, but she said a very mixed breed. Araucauna’s have cheek puffs, and his coloring is wrong. Research Swedish Hen/Mille Fleur, (the wing speckles and color pattern) as well as Cream Legbar (top and bottom coloring: ivory top and green bottom). Araucaunas have cheek muffs that are very distinctive and they HAVE to have them. They are usually red colored. Here is a picture of our Easter Egger and her cheek muffs. What a kind and generous offer of your valuable time and resources! Thank you. I’d be very grateful for any information you can find.
