Do you think it will be OK to take the ducks outside for 10-15 min? I KNOW they would LOOOVE to play in the grass, but I dont want them getting chilly. I dont know how babies fare in upper 60s weather, and I havnt watched many wild ducks in my day to know.

Even if they were day-old they'd be okay outside for a little while. There shouldn't be any problem. I usually move my baby ducks outside around 3 weeks old when it's nice out, it helps them feather out a lot quicker. Currently I have 2 1-month old ducklings and 2 3/4-week old goslings outside and they are doing fine

They stay out all the time and don't have any heat, just a small shelter to get out of the rain.
