Impeyans are notorious for eating eggs.If you see her lay an egg,get it fast.They are like clockwork once she starts to lay.Every 3rd day at the same time,she will lay her egg.If you put a bushel basket hanging from the side of their cage,she may lay in it and give you a little more time to get her egg.
