These don't look like what I thought Silkies looked like. Are they mixed? Just young? Sorry to appear so stupid

Hatchery quality Silkies. Non-feathered legs, single combs, and much to large...typical for hatchery Silkies.
 
They may get along better with your birds than show quality ones. Those fluffy top-knots block vision and keep them from being able to stand up for themselves and look out for hawks, supposedly, and I KNOW my poor silkie gets soaked foot feathering every time it rains, and snow balls frozen to her legs every time it's snowy and she dares to go outside. I obviously favor practicality more than the breed standard, but those guys look like acceptable flock mates for your birds to me. Just make sure they're healthy before letting them mingle with your flock. The hybrids will be fun (based on my experience).
