Not sure what it's used for, but I've read apple cider vinegar is beneficial in the chickens water. Can anyone clarify what it's for please? On a whim I bought some today. Basically because I was surprised to find it and wanted it on hand just incase needed. I got raw-unfiltered apple cider vinegar. I hope it's the right kind. Lol. Thoughts?

I've read this as well. stating that it helps with internal parasites ,and I believe helping their immune systems.

hopefully a more knowledgeable person will reply better :)

I use 1 tbs per gallon and my chickens seem to like it better than regular water

Ya it has to be raw and unfiltered I'm not sure why but I've read that on several different threads and on several other websites

Laughing out loud. Me too. Just trying to clarify. Laughing out loud. I would be heartbroken if I did the wrong thing and hurt my babies. Seems my days are filled watching their nanny cam from work and awaiting arrival back home. Lol. Lucky hubby gets to stay home with them most of the time.
