Is there a question? It's normal for them to go back to the coop they've been homed to.

Is one coop quite a bit bigger than the other coop? As you have nearly doubled the size of your flock.

It is normal for them to return to their original coop. If you have the space and just want them in one, close the other coop up. If it doesn't make a real difference to you, just leave it, and don't be surprised if eventually they do some trading around.

How old are all these birds?
    How big are the coops?
    Is there a run?
Dimensions and pics would help here.
