IVER.ON pour-on Ivermectin What is dosage please?

I have a bottle of Iver.on ivermection pour on for cattle. It is 5mg mL

What is the dosage- how many drops per bird bantams, and LF.
For the life of me I can't find it on search (I'm terrible at searching-just never can find it when I need it)

I had printed it out once but can't find that either !!! ARRRGGGHHHHHH

Anyway any help would be great. I am going to print it out and put it in a plastic sleeve and have a binder just for chicken stuff !!!

1/2 cc for chickens... less for bantams..
I put it on their neck (skin) and under their wings too..

ThreeHorses describes the dosage in drops instead of cc's, which makes it a lot easier!
