japanese blue silkie comparison pictures

here are two pictures the first is a photo of a Japanese blue silkie I found on the internet. the second is my Ted. they sure look similar Now Ted is just coming into his adult feathers fully and his tail is still developing. any feed back on if he is this breed or can anyone see if there are signs of crosses

thanks for your suggestions. I will google splash and keep searching full blood silkie. The Japanese was the closest looking I could find so far
