jerkily shaking head

One of my two week old chicks is sitting off to herself and keeps jerkily shaking her head. She is sitting on the cooler end of the brooder. She seems to be breathing rather quickly, too. Anything I could/should do?

One of my two week old chicks is sitting off to herself and keeps jerkily shaking her head. She is sitting on the cooler end of the brooder. She seems to be breathing rather quickly, too. Anything I could/should do?

She did get up when I went in there and I saw her eat a peck or two and drink some water.
