woulld a jersey giant and an old english game bantam rooster fight and hate each other if they are roosters

Two roosters of any breed would fight until one of them concedes dominance. Bantams don't know they're small, so they can be very fierce competitors. I would go ahead and seperate or rehome roosters, so you have one per pen. They often have knock-down, drag-out bloody fights that are just awful to deal with.
