Sorry pictures suck! Was looking and wanted to buy some more jersey giant hatching eggs! I'm a little suspicious of if these are jersey giants! Anyone want to weigh in? Jersey or not?

I asked for a bottom of the foot pic and thays all they sent me!

Ps if anyone has any blue/splash jersey eggs for sale send me a msg! I'm in Northern AZ the closer the better!!

It’s so hard to see the Feet, wow. They look pink to me, so I’m gonna say no.

Its hard to tell. The shape of a BJG is different than an Australorp, and I cant see the shape very well in these pics. BJG should have 6 points on their comb, and I only see 5 points on the one in the pic. The BJG males I have had, have bigger/thicker legs than these. At full growth a BJG male is the largest in the APA book of standards, with a standard weight of 13 lbs min. I'm not sure the ones in your pics are BJG, or they are not very good examples of them.

Here is a BJG at 8 months and a Black Australorp at 8 months. They are not yet full grown.

BJG is larger, back is flat, tail is wide and spreading.

BA has a curved back, classic tail with long feathers, smaller than the BJG,

Hard to see the legs, but BJG males, in my experience, have very thick legs.

All chickens in pic from same source, and all are the same age...so the size of the BJG is quite large compared to the females. Of course, the BA male is larger than the females.

I'm also going to agree as someone with a BJG roo and hen, these guys size/body type and feet color are definitely off for BJG, is it possible their that weird off breed sold as Black Giants? I forget which hatchery it is but I was reading the other day that they look like BJG in color but only get to the size of Australorps or something like that.
