Mature chickens and one rooster, got them recently, but rooster limping from leg that has a very long spur, half way up his feet is red, don’t know what it is, that’s how I got him.

Looks like mites and that spur needs to be trimmed.

I agree it is scaly leg mites. Use some Crisco shortening, vaseline, coconut oil, castor, or other oil to to rub into his scales once a week to smother the leg mites. He looks to have some wounds maybe from pecking on his knees, and you can use neosporin ointment or similar on them.
