sometimes my 2 young little chiks dance together, almost how two roosters fight but they just stare at eachother while flapping thier wings and jumping up and down, then they go back to scratching like nothing happened,its really funny but what are they doing? do any of your chickens do wierd little things like that?

My Cochins do the same exact thing!!! They're both about 5 to 6 weeks old and one is a hen and the other is a rooster...it's pretty hularious to watch

hmm that makes me wonder, could a hen ever be above a rooster in the pecking order?

Yes I think the hen can be above a rooster in a pecking order.
My 2 week old chicks act this way and it is funny to watch. I don't know who is a hen or a rooster yet.
