i went to a tsc in Sherman texas today, I live in Paris texas, and when I bought chicks I had to buy at least 6 of them and had to fill out paperwork to get them, never had to do this at our local attwoods, I have never purchased chicks from the tsc in our town, is this a tsc thing or a county thing?

Ours has the 6 minimum but they only make you fill out paper sometimes. They haven't done it yet this year but last year they started about halfway thru.

We gotta buy 6 and fill out paperwork in pa at my tsc. The lady said its so people don't buy one for their kids easter baskets then toss them outside after, kinda like people do with bunnieS.
