Acht is so named because as a duckling, she was the most outspoken. She is also one of the most intrepid, and has a reputation for finding any weak spots in the fence, and gates that aren't latched. She's our most slender Runner, but quite energetic, and lays lovely green eggs.

She sometimes comes over for some hugs, and always looks into my face when I'm around the flock. She really connects with people. She seems to really like human fellas, and one young man was astounded when she cuddled up to him the first time they met. It was very sweet.
