I am new to raising chickens. So far the 3 Rhode Island Reds and 3 Sex Links are doing ok. I've looked at them so much that I don't see them getting bigger.

No coop yet. Every time we think about it we get more snow. Makes it hard to get started! I am also perplexed by the many coop plans. I just want to build a basic 4x6 coop. I hope to still have 6 chicks by the time they are ready to go out.

Just a recamendation, but almost ALWAYS build your coop/run bigger than you think, because you will want more! And
