Just discovered there are no 2012 Dodge Dakotas - so sad!

Argh! I wondered if the 2012 Dakota body style would be different than current and discovered they quit producing them this summer. What a bummer! Sounds like the Dakota may be back (completely different...), but I'm bummed, cause I was thinking about getting one but didn't like the current body style. I had one many years ago and really liked it.

Ford Rangers aren't available either - now being made & sold offshore.

So now it's either another full size truck or a Chevy Colorado....Hmmmm

I love my Dodge Dakotas! Had a 1995 and 2000 and they have served us well, little packhorses! I would be disappointed if they took the Dakotas off the market for good, where can you get a good midsize truck that is not as small as the Ranger but not as big as the Dodge Ram? The Dakotas fit the bit quite well for us!

I drive an '09 GMC Canyon as a work truck and LOVE it! They drive really nice and I like the look of them, but I do tend to like Chevys...
