We just bought two ducklings this past weekend and I know a lot seems to depend on how old they are.....we were not told the age where we got them and I would love if someone could give me an idea what age they might be. Thanks! [IMG]

They look about a week old to me. Definitely not older than two. Very cute! More pics would help :)

They never do! Little quackers are constantly on the move, lol. If they still have the egg tooth on their bills, you can be positive they are only a day or two old at the most. But these two look a little older to me. But not by much.

Based on how little they are compared to your hands I would say they are less than a week old.

Thanks for your help. I have small hands so that means they are pretty young then.....

Here are two pictures to give you an idea of the difference between three-day olds and a week old WH duckling.

As you can see they grow very fast.

Thats great news. I am anxious to find out what sex both of ours are. How soon can we expect to see the signs for that?
