No, chicks get worn out so very quickly! She/he will probably fall to sleep stood up and then their head will hit the floor, like a baby falling to sleep in a high chair! Cute chick. I had one this colour, with the stripe, could be a partridge. Not sure though.

BTW silkies are hard to sex and don't usually get sexed until a couple months old or until it lays/crows. How do you know it's a female?

They have a lovely little set up there! Cute! I have two white silkies, Im hoping they will go broody in the summer (no doubt they will...) and then they can hatch some eggs for me!
