Just Hatched Chick Gasping Help!!

Chick arrived 4 hours ago, slumped over, barely responsive. Did better with a little bit of water. Put her in a very warm box, she was doing well, standing at least. Just found her flat on her back. Took her out of the box, she was possibly overheated. Administered 6 drops of sugar water. She’s very weak, shaking her head, and gasping. What can be done?

Looking for an experienced flock owner to answer this question please. This is clearly not normal.

If she just hatched this is normal behavior. With a little time, she should perk up and find her feet. Do you have a picture of her?
