Just Hatched Chick Leg Issues Please Help!

I had a Mille Fluer hatch over night. S/he seems to be sitting mostly on her butt with her legs straight out in front of her. The toes look fine. The legs shake like crazy every once in a while. It is still wet so still floppy so I can't really tell how much is the new chick getting it's bearing and how much is the leg issue. The little eyes seem to be bugging out as well, but I've never hatched this breed so maybe I'm just not familiar with these chicks. Has anyone dealt with these leg issues before?

That temp is wrong btw That is a non calibrated temp. The calibrated thermometer says 101. But this is the chick. Those eyes are malformed right? All of the other chicks are healthy. 4 are already in a brooder and doing well.
