Just hatched, please advise!

4 of my 8 ducks have just hatched fine today. One that piped about 48 hrs ago is still in the shell. I've attached a pic. It was the first to pip. Is this little one stuck?!
 
Update: that one is out and drying up nicely. The other four have piped slightly. Is it normal for duck eggs to have a hatch separation of 2-3 days?
