Just out of the egg, when do I take them out?

This is my very first time hatching anything. Ok, so when do I take them out of the hatcher? I have been told to wait until they are fully dry but then some people tell me to wait for 2 to 3 day's? That just don't sound right to me. Please help!! I could use any info that anyone is willing to give.

As soon as its dry you can take them out.

Will that hurt the other eggs that havent hatched yet.
