Just put chicks in there new coop!

I just put the chicks wich are about four to six weeks old (they have feathers now) in there new coop that I just put together but, it does not have any bedding yet because I have not been out to get some, I have 24 hr old chicks coming tomorrow thats why I had to put the older chicks in the coop without any bedding. Will this hurt them if it is like that for only a few days??

They should be fine as long as the floor of the coop isn't slippery or splintery.

It's a good idea to keep extras of everything chicken on hand at all times (what I've learned in just under 1 year of being back into keeping chickens after a 20 year break).
