3 days away from hatch date and it's moving?! What does this mean? Good or bad sign?!

On my last hatch I set my eggs to hatch in the morning on day 18 and in the evening a chick hatched and several hatched the next day on day 19. If your eggs were stored in a warm area before being placed in the incubator can cause an early hatch. If the incubation temperature is low the hatch may be a day or 2 late. A couple of degrees off either way usually result in delays or early hatches.
