I have two eBay eggs from the San Fran Bay Area, and their journey was only two days. I popped em in the incubator at 97 degrees about six hours after they arrived. Starting weight was 593g and 594g.
Got a nifty WiFi thermometer that sends me alerts and charts the temps and humidity. All the thermometers seem to agree. Let’s start Incubating!

Awesome, how long do Emu eggs incubate? A colleague of mine has emus and ostriches. I think I will stick with chickens..
