Just starting out

Hello!! I am excited to finally be a member of this group. Several years ago as a homeschool project my kids and I hatched some chicken eggs for friends. I discovered this site then and found it very helpful with that project. After that experience I decided that some day I wanted to raise chickens. Back in October we got a chicken coop and this May we started our own chicken journey. We have 20 black Australorps. They are about 3 weeks old. So far we are loving the experience. I am a SAHM of 6 kids. We Homeschool and enjoy being together as a family. My Husband works for the railroad. I love this site. Thanks for all the support and information.
