[IMG] So after my little girl was attacked and killed by a skunk, I set up a temporary pen in my garage for my hens babs and mac until I made alterations to the one out back to skunk proof it. I went out to get eggs and feed them today, Ginger, my ever friendly ans curious aracuna had "flown the coop" and decided to explore the rest of the garage. She found the tub in the corner we use for oil changes and got her tail feathers in it....ugh...so now my "I feel like a dumbass" quesiton....how do I clean her???[IMG] Thanks!

Yup, Dawn dish soap, it's what they use on birds and animals that get into oil spills.

Dawn. Its nontoxic and cleans right through oil.

    ORANGE Dawn.

    Or GoJo.

The auto parts store sells soaps for this.
But for household products, orange Dawn works best on grease and oil.

That would be my suggestion...warm water in a sink or tub, and lots of mild dishwashing deter.
