Keep it down or we're all in the stew!

I hate to admit this, but we live in an associated neighborhood and chickens are forbidden. Our chicken coop and chickens are on the down-low. Our immediate neighbors are cool about it but I'm not so sure about the rest of the people on the block. One of our girls, however, can't seem to keep her mouth shut and she's going to blow our cover. Any tips for keeping them shushed?

They make crow collars. . Not sure they'd work on hens. .
Usally hens make there noise right after they lay a egg..
So you could insulate the coop . Maybe even use sound board.. to try to sound proof the coop..
