I have two different breed of chickens being incubated right now can I keep the chicks together when they hatch or will they fight? they are rhode island reds and silver sea brights.
how many days can a chick stay in an incubator after hatching?

Yes, different breeds can be together. All chicks will peck and pick at each other, that's normal and shouldn't be worried about unless you have an overly aggressive chick doing damage or a weaker chick unable to defend itself. The "experts" will tell you that a chick can stay in the bator for up to three days because they can survive off the absorbed yolk. I personally do not leave my chicks in the bator. The longest I have left a chick in the bator is when they've been hatched out at night and spent the night in there. I prefer mine in the brooder where they have access to food and electrolyte infused water.
