I was wondering if anyone knows of any way to keep raccoons and opossums away... I already have a fake owl, a raccoon/opossum trap and a radio running loud.

Secure fencing for their run, lock them up in the coop at night, night guard lights, and a electric fence is what I use.

Quote:Ditto. I haven't put up night lights or electric fencing, but they do have a secure, covered run and are locked up at night.

Can you get a Great Pyrenee? I don't have one, but know those who do. Wonderful flock protectors. My lab and cocker help- their scent alone helps keep out predators.
