Keeping Turkeys Cool!

Hello,
I wanted to know if anyone has ideas on how to keep turkeys constantly cool throughout the heat. I’m in Florida and we have been having some record breaking heat and other than changing their water and putting ice in it, I don’t know what else to do. The ice melts too quickly and so does frozen watermelon. I want to be able to keep them cool throughout the hottest part of the day.

Turkeys love to stand in water when hot. I provide rubber pans for mine to stand in, plus plenty of shade. They also would fresh cool soil to scratch a hole in to lay down in. You can always start the dusting hole for them as well.
