hello everyone
right now where having a bit of a problem, but some back story first.
i live in Canada so the weather is really opposite, our winters are brutal cold and living in the prairies are summers are really hot and dry (perfect for growing crops though) so right now its really hot in our coop am talking 28C at the moment and today was 35C in the sun, we got our chickens last fall and only really thought of the super cold winter (like -40C) now the chickens are panting in the heat, so today we gave them ice cubes to cool off with. but we go away in the summer (meaning nobody will check on them for a few days) so what do you guys do to keep your flock cool?
thanks itsasmallfarm out
