KFC vs Tyson

Even though I have chickens and would hate to kill or eat mine, I still love chicken. I would rather have Tyson. What would you rather have?

We did buy chicken from the store though...it's the fresh-er kind. Rather have the chicken from the meat birds we raised this year, but they are still over at my boyfriends parents house, we have to get them later.
Why not just raise meaties in the summer?

If fixing chicken and dumplings, nothing beats home grown. My solution to the heartache is to take/buy other folks surplus roosters a few at a time. More than 3-4 is too much like work. Better yet, try snapping turtle soup. It is BETTER than chicken!

Tyson injects hormones into thier chickens to make them grow faster. Those hormones are still in the chicken when you eat it and have an affect on us too!

KFC is a bit better. I like their chicken strips better than the legs and what-not.

Otherwise I'm more of a fan of the stuff at a realllllly good restaurant I used to live by.

That and the grocery store/organic chicken. I won't eat my own.
