Bought 6 about 4 months ago and the lady told me they would lay in 4-6 weeks.
They wernt feathered when I got them, but feathered up soon after.
They are in a yard during the day and get layers as well.
Seems to me they should be lying.
These are my first ducks, but been keeping hens for years.

Khaki campbells lay anywhere between 17-24 weeks old.
They'll probably start anywhere from 2-5 weeks from now.

Mine layed their first about 20 weeks. The first ones were a little funny, but all is normal now at about 6 months.
