One ofMy khaki Campbell's layed their first egg. They chose the coldest day to lay it, -2 degrees F. Wow. To bad I didn't get to it in time before it froze.[IMG]

Can you still eat them after they've frozen? Or does it ruin them?

Congratulations! they are such a lovely duck.
I had one but she was killed before she could lay her first egg due to a hawk
You can still eat your frozen egg but I wouldn't keep the egg too long because it probably has small cacks on the shell and will probably will go bad quicker.

I don't think it would last long enough to worry about it! ;)
