Khaki ducks fighting

So I am new to ducks.... and we bought 4 ducklings in February. We have 2 boys and 2 girls. The 2 boys fight ALL the time. The one duck is definitely the alpha and has done some serious damage to the other drake. He is missing all of his feathers around his neck and there is small lacerations around the front of his neck. He wont let me get to close to inspect his neck. Should we get rid of one of the drakes or try to separate... or will they get their pecking order under control and be ok with the rankings? Any advice would be appreciated.

Some drakes just don't sort things out... I would try separating them. Let them see each other, maybe use a temporary fence to split them up.

Think about adding females. We are the ones to protect each member of the flock, even the drakes who are difficult. You may want to rehome one of them - give yourself a little time to decide.
