I'm afraid those are urban legends. There aren't any confirmed cases of this actually happening.

Yeah, I realized that after Googling it hahah apparently there have been a couple cases but it’s really rare.

Orange comes from yellow dye, and also red dye.

I know an urban legend:
So this lady is trying on wool coats in a store, and there’s what she thinks is a tag scratching her arm inside the sleeve. By the time she gets home, her arm is swelled up huge and she finds out that there was a nest of baby snakes in that coat.
