Lady or Gent?

I believe this chicken to be an Easter Egger, but am not certain. Purchased from MPC late December. It’s supposed to be a hen. He\She is 13 weeks old. Do you think it’s a Roo or Hen? I’m new to this and noticed this fluffing business going on on top of her\his tail as shown in the pictures. I don’t have a clue. Any thoughts you can share are greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Pullet! The fluff at the base of the tail is just from other hens pecking at her, or molting.
