The goop only became stickier as her wings got colder. The dark energy in the crater spread quickly, growing and beginning to flood.

The goop turned a deep purple as her wings shone. The crater was basically turning into a pond of dark energy as it continued to spread like wildfire.

"No, I'm afraid its you who should have left." Gina replied calmly as the dark energy began to eat holes into the dragon's wings. The pond's energy was nearing closer and closer to the dragon, as if it was a beast going after its prey.
 
As the energy began to eat away her wings an oozing black substance replaced the cells.
