lame foot question

I have a silkie who's left foot is turned under and she is walking on the top of her foot (with a slight limp) and not the sole of her foot. Any ideas what may have happened?
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

How old? Has the foot always been this way? Can you show a picture of the foot?
