This is the page where you post the pictures of your large sized chickens. Read and follow the guidelines provided by tiki & therealsilkiechick.

American Class;Rocks,dominiques,wyandottes,javas,RIR,RIW,buckeyes,chantecleres,JG,Lamonas,new hampshire,hollands,delaware

Asiatic Class:cochin,brahma,langshans

English Class;dorkings,redcaps,cornish,orpingtons,sussex,austrolorps

Mediteranian Class:leghorns,minorcas,spanish,andalusians,anconas,sicilian buttercup,catalanas

Continental Class:continental(north Europe)hamburgs,campines,lakenvelder,barnvelder,welsummers
continental(poland)Polish
continental(French)houdans,faverolles,crevecoeurs,la fleche

All Other Standard Breeds Class: this includes games,oriental, Ameraucana,NN,Frizzles,malays,sumatras,aseels,shamos,yokohamas,phoenix

4 sub classes for each breed cock, cockeral, hen and pullet.

If the name of your breed is not included in the class it belongs to, assume that it is.

Be sure to include the class your chicken belongs to, the breed, and cock, cockeral, hen, or pullet.

Also, we'll have another class for those of you that would like to enter your mixed breeds.

Here is my terminology lesson:

When you say "standard" in the chicken world, that means a description, like the APA Book of Standards.

A "big" chicken is called large fowl....

I don't mean to be critical; it really is the correct way to address them.
