My 7 month buff orpington hen has a large breast, huge.. It is very squishy and now she is walking very slowly, standing on one foot for a few seconds as she takes each step. When I pick her up, the breast sags over my hands. She seems normal, but just is in slow motion. Is this normal in buff orpingtons? She has had this general fat physique in her breast as long as I can remember. The breast feels squishy like a saggy plastic bag filled with gravy (only thing I could think of.) Anyone one have experience with this?

No, this is not normal for a buff orpington. It sounds like she has sour crop, which is where the crop swells up with undigested food. This can be caused by feeding an overabundance of seeds, fruit, or greens that can be broken down easily. Isolate her from the flock, and don't feed any of the stuff mentioned. I have heard feed bread soaked in olive oil, but you may want to get a second opinion. Also, massage her crop gently a couple times each day.
