Large pullet brooder

    I'm getting into free range chickens now and I want to build a large brooder that will last from day one to 8 weeks for up to 100 birds. Please share pics or ideas. Thanks.

    No problem. The original 4X4 will easily do 100 chicks. It's perfect because you don't need to check temperature. There are 2 hot zones and plenty of varying temperatures for the chicks to find their comfort zone. I've used a 30"X48" for over 50 chicks when the building temperature got down to the 30sF.
