late bloomers

so i am hatching coturnix quail my second attempt with my incubation process well day 18 came and went nothing hatched day 19 seen some movment and cracks day 20 had 3 hatch okay day 21 getting ready to throw them out noticed a crack kept them in well i am on day 23 with 3 birds hatched and 3 more on the way at day 23 what the heck is going on?

Based on reading things around here, my guess would be a lower than recommended incubation temperature. I'm sure a more experienced BYCer would have more knowledge

Is there anything I can do with the current eggs will they still hatch or no?

I would like to think its possible. I would wait until day 25 and then re-asses where I'm at. I think I read somewhere that someone was on lower temp and had a day 28 hatch (granted you will have weaker chicks). If you were to wait that long, I would take the currently hatched chicks out after 2 days and transfer them to the brooder. Bump up the humidity too since you would be opening it to transfer chicks.
