Late chick Help Please!!

Hi its the 23rd day of the incubation. One chick out another on its way. On the 22nd one pipped. Today I checked it and there was no progress. The others progressed. There is only a pip. Its still alive. I see its beak come in and out. Is it too weak? On the 13th day the power did go out for 5 hours. Is the membrane too dry? Help please!

maintain temperature and humidity as you normally would. Resist helping it, that will only dry out the membrane. i personally have had chicks hatch until day 27 and they survived. if it is too weak then the sad reality is it won't survive anyway.
